The Earliest Spring Ever: Cherry Blossom Blooming Forecast 2020 (April)

Japan Weather Association (JWA) has released the April forecast of Cherry Blossom “Sakura” Blooming 2020.
Cherry Blossom of this year blooms earlier than usual in many areas. Mostly 3 days to 7 days earlier, especially Shinetsu (Nagano and Niigata) and Tohoku (Aomori, Iwate, Miyagi, Akita, Yamagata and Fukushima) area will have the record-breaking. The earliest bloom of this year was observed in Tokyo, March 14th.
Full bloom will last about 1 week to 10 days from the first day of flowering.
