(*1) O&M business: Businesses that provide operation and maintenance after the installation of power generation facilities.
(*2) Balancing group: A function that provides for more efficient procurement and supply-demand management operations in the retail electricity business. By having a lead new power provider organise multiple new power providers and conducting intra-group flexibility of imbalance (difference between planned demand and power generation) and power supply procurement.
(*3) Aggregator: Refers to a specified wholesale supplier, which aggregates consumer energy resources and distributed energy resources and provides various services using the aggregated resources.
(*4) Graduated FIT households: Households whose 10-year procurement period under the solar power FIT system (a system under which the state promises to purchase electricity generated by power companies for a certain period and at a certain price) has ended.
(*5) Resilience: toughness or ability to recover. Here, it refers to the ability to adapt to events such as weather disasters through the coordination of distributed resources.
